Leslie joins Western Vertical after 13 years at an institutional real estate investment and development company where he was responsible for the acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, and financing activities in certain core markets across Canada. Leslie's track record includes completing over $1 billion in acquisition/disposition deals across diverse real estate assets, including income properties and residential development sites, as well as over $500 million in financing transactions. Instrumental in leading market expansions and managing strategic joint venture transactions, Leslie played a key role in growing platforms and diversifying real estate portfolios. Leslie has also been involved in the establishment and structuring of a $1 billion commercial real estate limited partnership fund vehicle.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Real Estate and Finance.
